As the night cools in familiar dark
her feet shuffles gently still,
wisps of dust
and glowing embers
tango in entangled flames
They dance and sing
as erupting bark
kiss her cheeks
with crackling laugh
She glows, embraced
a peachy rose,
stars and dreams on
winter eyes.
