Sep 2016
My blood flows sideways and slams into walls
Drunk on your beauty, fall flat on the floor
Like racing cars in me, wild butterflies zoom
And hit me like coffee beneath a full moon
Infused with sweet memories, unforgettable smiles
I'm trippin' with angels with feelings so high
The sweetness is cruel, I'm stirred like a tea
Or like goldfish escaping to explore the great sea
The next time we meet, the time must slow down
Cos the moment you left I was drawn with a frown
It's outrageous just knowing on the day of your birth
You've beaten Nutella as the best thing on earth
For now, I'll hang loose, I'll just hang like the bats
And perhaps slain all the kittens cos you're allergic to cats.
