...9, 10, Begin Again

by ThePopesHat

I long to call you lover But I fail to call you friend. Who'd have thought That after all we've fought We'd wind up at this bitter end? Yet still you stay so close to me Even though we're oceans apart. But after what you've done To prove I'm not the one Our bitter end will be my start.

Notes

"Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end"

"Closing Time" - Semisonic

The title is a tribute to soldiers who serve abroad and are ran around on back at home.
