As I promise I will never die at the hands of you, I won't break, I won't cry--but I will agree to dance with you. Thread by thread--I'm torn not dead. I need a purpose not a coffin, There's no reason said more often than a promise that is broken, into pieces one by one, I'll shove them down my throat if I have to, through my heart I will ask you--forgive me I'm not mean, red with blood my hands aren't clean, I wish to ask you will you please, accept this on my knees, and as imperfect as I am, and as flawed as I seem, listen to my question, I'll ask you once, but there's no need for this promise I will keep....always
