Poems
Jul 2016
Winter white and gray to yellow and green
The snow lies like a blanket
White on the plains
Like a fairy tale
Inside, it's you and me
And everything that can keep us warm
"Smile"
The fireplace smoldering
The sound of wood crackling
The smell of a *** of coffee
Cuddly blanket beckoning
Still the cold calls one out
The rustle of the branches talking
But we rather stay inside
So we see the naked beauty bestowed
Staring out the window
As you come to stand by me
Folding your arms around me
My flame burning
Showing on my cheeks
So will spring and summer come again
From white and gray to yellow and green
