I call her name out in the distance
with the nights wind chill, upon my face
Our small abode we built together
it's fireplace lit by our embrace

Slow danced that night, our hearts surrendered
spilling her drink, to then laugh out loud
With eyes of blue, leaned closer to me
Her name she whispered, through the crowd

But that was then, a new dawn settled
past all horizons, we both onceΒ shared
I call her name, my voice is breaking
being out of breath, in darkness stared

Her ford is missing leaving skid marks
two days of hell, left me insane
I call her name, my tears are running
i'm running to, cause i'm to blame...
