Jun 2016
taken
taken from homes
stolen off streets
we are forced into labour
men come to us
during the day during late hours of night
tied down beaten to pulp
tears run down our faces
sold off to strange men
older men by many years
broken down til I obey
wrists of our tied in chain
no family around except for the children around us
harmed til we don't look like human beings
screams of ours are heard
by the men who hurt us
branded to show we are owned
to show that we are property
*****, beaten, sold
to show we are no longer free
