Untitled

Will you battle my intentions, Will you fight against the flood? Will you let your misdirection Drag your name into the mud? This ever-growing tension Promotes your apathetic shrug As your cold, rebel dissension Tries to keep your conscience drugged. Will you keep yourself afloat By someone's faintly pious deeds? Will you raise your head and boast Or try to hide among the trees? What you know we hate the most Is what you seem to think you need While you waste away our hope That you'll escape your selfish greed.
