Yellow

A splash, a spark The feathered chest of a lark The soft and mellow, lovely touch of yellow Dashed across streets and flickering in lights wrapped around bananas and glowing in in the sun so bright There it is, that simple thing in the heart of the stars I wish upon, quietly remembering.
