May 2016
glimmer in the peripheral
memories dance in a foggy mist
ghostly images swirl
      escaping distinction
offering instead
                 confusing blurred faces
creating long forgotten stirrings
    past-life occurrences
        mingle with childhood fantasy
       sending an over-active imagination
           running wild……
I violently shake my head
     to free myself from
        cobwebs and
          prevent myself from
                    being transported
                         ethereally
                                 off into space…..

I have work to do today!
