the first perfect day

That first perfect day, Was spent Laying on the soft, green, sun warmed hill, Gazing out at the soft, clear, blue sky, holding my girl in my arms. Watching the trees sway as if blown by her steady breath. The sound of the nearby creek babbling along peacefully. Like the soft peaceful rise and fall of her chest, As she sleeps in my arms. Her hair smelling like springs first perfect flowers.
