The moment I saw you I didn't feel it.
When you walked in.
I didn't think it was there.

It may have been the laughter and smiles brought it.
could the easy conversation ignite it?
the moment of  silence gave it courage.
The look in your eyes gave it life.
But still I didn't actually see it.
I know it's an  elusive prize.

Iv'e felt it in the past !
Only a time, two or three Iv'e been blessed.
But youth and poor judgement extinguished it.
I thought It was left in my past.

It only shows when it's right.
It doesn't dally when it's there.
It is a blessing.
It is the warmth of the night.
With an open heart IT can change your life.

I wasn't sure it had come.
I didn't think it was there.
but I knew when we hugged it had been hiding.
I felt it like lightening in the air.
The soft peck on my lips left it to linger.
in that moment I started to care.
