Picture it as a tragically beautiful love
She's the sunΒ Β
Shining her rays of beauty
Sharing her love to all

It was tragically beautiful
She was the sun
Shining brighter than ever
You were in love

Before her, your world was darkness
It was nothing
But she, she set fire to your world
What was once dark became something unimaginable
Your world was ignited
Her beauty changed you

But the beauty started to blind you
The love that once was beautiful
Slowly turned to darkness

Eventually the tide aroseΒ Β
The fire was lost in the waves
So were you

Lost

Yet she was still the sun
Her rays blinded you
To the point you were lost
Now her rays don't shine for you

You loved the sun so much it hurt
The sun was all you knew
Now she's setting fire to another
Blinding everyone
Leaving them empty

She was the sun
You were the shadow left behind
Lost and blinded
