Growing up can mean that the things you love are still there,
but one day that love dies for no particular reason at all.
Your favorite foods no longer taste good,
despite tasting the same.
A hug is no longer warm,
but rather unfulfilling.
Rides are not thrilling,
and love stories,
no longer chilling.
