I do not wipe away my tears
fearing what I will see when my vision clears
Whether they're warm or cold
I won't deny the meaning they hold

As the rock I feel I can't reveal that I too am weak
So I find comfort in the little hugs on my cheeks
In times when I choke my cries and hide my frowns
My tears are always around
