Oh, if you could only
bring light and warmth
to the dark winter of my soul
and banish the eternal
of my grief for you.
And oh, how your cold heart
leaves me so forlorn.
Oh, the stuff of my life
is the live for you in my soul.
Oh, too many days
are gone and past
too many days without you
in my arms.
Oh, let the music of my heart
sing its eternal melody
of its longing for you.
Oh, too many days
I have been all alone
with this heart of mine
as it sings its sad song.
Oh, come my dear sweet love
and blend your heart with mine,
and we two can dance
to the silent song of our love
deep into the night
for all eternity
where time and our love
shall have no ending.
