Origami
Oh you feel it
rising inside you
filling you up
like lager into a glass
you know this all
as it’s happened before
you’re pretty sure
you know how these moments
unfold
fold back together
the colours
gleaming as if
newly discovered
the words that dribble
from your mouth
in a lacklustre fashion
and you’re telling yourself
stop it
but then you see
every little detail
or you think you do
and it’s what you want
when really you have
no idea do you
