It's a merry-go-round with you
Spinning my emotions around until you're through.

When are you going to leave me alone
So I can sink in the ocean and drown on my own.

You don't need to weigh me down:
    You anchor,
         You tether,
              You cement shoes bound.

I'm getting off this emotional roller coaster ride
I've already felt like I've died.

There's no point in dragging me through
When my face, skin, and heart have already turned blue.
