Saying the Impossible

At night I wait,

longing for your sweet embrace.

A gentle touch.

For with each touch

of your arm against mine,

a new flame lights,

its warm tongue burning me soothingly.

No words describe what you mean to me,

each time I go to try,

the words fly far from my mind

leaving me in a silenced state

of absolute wonder.
