Put as what you're not
What you've been through
What you've fought
I've seen it with my eyes
You're as bright as the suns light
You're the heat in my kitchen
You're the peanut to my jelly
The ways we connect
But we also forget
The ways we've made each other feel
The good and the bad
And I've never felt so real
You're an artist at heart
You're the Mona to mine
The most beautiful piece
I wouldn't sell for a dime
You're art of much beauty
What you put on the paper
Reflection of you
Wild and tamer
The temptation to touch you
The temptation to hold you
The stronger it gets
My heart will never forget
