She breathes in, she breathes out,
She breathes in, she breathes out.
In, out, in, out, in, out, in, out.......
Quickening the pace,
Like I'm in a race.
In, in , in, in ,in , in, in, in, in.......
Holding it against her breast.
Frozen and stiff in her chest.
H, h, h, h, h, h, h, h, help me!
Can not swallow,
Or see a tomorrow.
No falling or rising,
Thoughts paralyzing.
Breath in my throat, it's stuck.
I know I must pluck, pluck, pluck.......
Until....I....can....finally....breathe!
