Following the light of path that has been paved
Following Christ with a constantly sudden urgency
While seeing through the darkness of sin with a subtle transparency
A burning passion to feel the light
To desire wrong but know what is right
Feeling conflicted of sin we are seeing
Knowing we are being watched by the almighty being
Having questions that can only be asked
For discoveries can only be found through answers he has
Seeking truth through a blinding reality
Getting there with triumph and trial, a harmonized congeniality
Wavering our faith but gaining hope
Living freely, then getting caught in a spiraling downward *****
Trying to find our place in this mysterious world
For into reality from sin we have been hurled

Although there is a battle of losses and wins
There is something within us that fights within
