Oh, how I bless the day
that you came into my life.
And oh, how I long
to hold you in my arms
and feel your heart beat
softly against my chest.
And oh, how I long to touch
your soft warm skin
and feel its hot sensuality
upon my fingertips,
and your lovely golden hair
that shines like a treasure
in the early morning sun.
Oh, how it makes my heart sing
and my soul shout for joy.
And how your eyes are more lovely
than any woman I ever did see
in all my day upon this earth.
Oh, your eyes are more beautiful
than the eyes of a snow white Dove
as it casts its loving and innocent
gaze upon the earth.
And how like a pure snow white Dove
with your heart so loving and kind
I by your sweet mercy
and in your love so soft and tender
you call me your own.
And oh, how I give myself to you!
I am your possession till the end of time.
Oh, every fiber in my heart,
and flesh and bone
I give to you.
And oh, every fiber of my deepest being
I give to you.
Oh, through all the ages
I have searched
for a love so pure and warm!
And oh, how it seemed I would forever search
and that love I would never find.
For the other half of my soul
for which I searched
oh I know not how long
till I found you
my beautiful sweet angel.
Oh, I love you
my golden haired angel!
Its is you for whom
my heart has forever longed.
Oh, let me sleep in your warm loving arms
and fine peace and rest
for my weary soul.
Oh, let us both love
for time without end
till the stars flicker and burn out
one by one
and then forevermore.
