Lingers

You were there Every step I take Reminds me of you You who I miss dearly At times I thought you were there Subconsciously I wish you were there But it's all just me Wishing, hoping, daydreaming At times, I found myself smiling Smiling at the past And at times I found myself crying Crying for the past Tears of sadness Stream down... The thought of you Lingers in my mind These memories... That makes me cry night after night
