Absolution

If I showed you would you see

What lies inside a colored dream

Would you wonder as I do

And wander into a broken seam

And ponder how the fat bee flew

Far and wide I’m hopeless

Blanketed in blue

A shallow stream with floating cars

A moment too late

A chance taken too soon

I wonder if you’d find that true
