531 Days
You were in a cage
It's what kept us apart.
You say that you're finally free,
Celebrating 530 days
I wish I could celebrate with you.
But alas, I cannot.
If only I had found you on day 531.
What keeps us from each other now?
My soul is still tormenting me
Holding tightly to you
As I desperately try to let go.
I'm happy for you.
