Twaz thee my heart
In darkest night,
That lit the fire
And brought to light,
The skarz left from
A score of hearts.
Departed yet the wounds remained.

Twaz thee my life,
Cool kissed those wounds.
That soothed the hurt,
Who cleanzed the dirt,
To route my demons
From my core.
Freed me from the grip once held.

Twaz thee my love,
When darkness fled,
Who coalesced
In shimmering lights.
Who stood strong
As the sun did rise.
Who brighter shined
Like hope and said,

“Twaz thee from the very start
Twaz thee my love,
My life,
My heart!”
