A Flickering Light
There is no restraint here when I’m locked in your eyes
There is no below here, only heavenly skies
If I give all I am here, will you ******* away?
If I give what you need here, and show you the way
Let me taste all you are there, let me touch all desires
Let me be all you need here, and we’ll be there for hours
If I give all I am girl, please don’t turn away
Look me in the eyes, right here, and scream my name
If we thrash out our dark hearts, and see morning through dark nights
We can run here eternal, just believe in our little lights
I have tasted you once lover, and it was never the same
You opened these dark eyes covered, and put others to shame
Because I know who you are lover, a flickering light
Let me burn you much brighter, and show you all, tonight.
