Your hair a-light in moonshine
Water chasing down
Your curves so soft and simple
That for you, men would gladly drown

Your voice is full of magic
On the isle you rule
You pull the men toward you
You make them play the fool

For you, they'll leave their lover
For you, they'll leave their wife
For you, they'll abandon their children
And in leaving, they are giving up their life
