People say they know
People say they care

Not everyone does

People think they know
They think you're always happy
But the smile is fake

No one understands
It seems like no one cares

They say they love you
But it just seems like a lie

You have to fake
The smile you hate

You have to fake it
So people don't know

If you let out what's going on it's awful
The crying and being upset means your a baby

That’s all a lie
It means you held it in too long

I hope someday they will understand
