Now the truth became clear, and the feelings we held dear,
are completely sincere
But the trouble we seen, was just a premiere

He wouldn't go quietly, he'd do anything to spite me,
But she was in control finally,

Control he must maintain, so he tries to explain,
How he would refrain, his need to detain,
but his time had passed and her freedom is all she asked,

But he wouldn't go quietly, he'd do anything to spite me

You told him it was over, he still needed closure,
But in the dark we grew closer, this love wasn't over

How far are we willing to go, for this gift, we have been bestowed
I guess you'll have to keep reading, to see how it goes...
