A World Gone Mad

In a world gone mad.

Where will you go?

Who will you turn to?

What will you do?

Every few minutes she thinks of it again.

The coldness she'd love if she were dead.

Plan after plan. Scar after scar.

The scratches go all the way up her arm.

Will she tell? Will she confess?

Never.

Not in this world gone mad.
