A moment in time is lost in thought,
A moment in rhyme is often not.
But moments that scar can often rot
My brittle heart so lost in thought
So many moments to claim I often strain
So many moments with you I can't complain
I've walked down roads in moments of hope
This lonely road I can barely cope
This ugly component bred my potent proponent
In this moment I offer my only atonement
A living pendent dressed in crowns of my own testament
I leave my heart for one last moment
I live my life for your enjoyment
Forever and ever my love for you
An impossible measure, my lasting endeavor
One moment in time that lasts forever
This moment with you, my heart I surrender
