The Magic
Dee William
As I walk the lonely road.
The wind below my feet.
The trees back and forth.
The water flows down the creek.
I’m number one.
There’s no one to stalk me.
No clowning. No joking.
No sunshine to mock me.
I can’t share my thoughts.
I’m completely trapped inside.
My pain, I’ve fought.
My tears, they hide.
Jailed like a caged bird.
I utter not a word.
No convo with a girl.
My sanity has been hurled.
Who can understand me?
The question to ask.
There’s nowhere to go.
I’m trapped like a rat
No one knows me
That’s why I’m so lonely
I want her to say “Hold me.”
Or “Control me.”
I miss you Luna.
I hope you come back soon.
My love that rules the sky.
It is you who makes me smile.
My one and true love.
Only you make me feel alive.
