I believe in second chances,
Everyone screws up.
I'm gracious with these second chances
Especially with those that I love.

When liars and cheaters are revealed,
I could wield vengeance and hate.
But why wreak havoc on them,
When I could forgive and forget?

While second chances are important,
Two chances are enough.
Improvement must be made by then,
And boy, it will be tough.
