Fugue

As when everything is black and unclear,

I heard voices, talking and very near..

that time I realized I'm not alone

familiar whispers echoed through my ear

along with the sounds that I can hear

As I opened my eyes, slowly, slowly

I can see the reality

of plain white walls

mixed and matched along with the floors

cables and tubes small table and a machine

I just asked myself "where have I been?"

"you're late, you won't make it on time"

a hoarse whisper said

"you should've been here already"

Familiarity of what surrounds me

I'm in the middle of a deep sea

Will I make it out?

or if You're there waiting to meet me?
