Incessant Love

Closer it is coming,

Crashing fills my ears

Alas, it is here

My toes are grazed by water

Pink and orange steal my sight

My hair is taken in the wind,

It is brisk to my core,

A hand on my shoulder,

Another on my leg,

I am taken over.

My foot sweeps the shore

Lifted into the air

Arabesque, achieved.

The wind knocks the stress away

And blows happiness my way

I turn to see who is there,

Nothing,

I call out to them,

Nothing.

Darkness steals from me the pink and orange,

Only for me to see one glinting star,

Suddenly, I know,

It was my Liam,

And he loved me so
