Man in the Moon

Nights eyes wink and twinkle watching me The man with a cat grin surrounded by miles of black sea I know this man, he has been watching my whole life always above capturing the dreams that surface pop and fizzle away. feather headed and stuffed among crumpled clouds I lay What do you see man? You have been looking for so long and every night I wait too, to look myself.
