Bones

Bare bones of my back,

Heartbeat scattered,

Loud, growling pain,

Twelve pairs in my rib cage,

                   Poking from pale skin,

         Black and blue hipbones,

                   Dying to stick out,

                   Dying to be thin,

Brittle little body,

Last breath short.
