My wife says I spend too much time writing

That I’m always on the computer or cell phone
Scribbling digitally

She says that it’s become and obsession

She says that I spend too much time writing
That it’s all I ever do anymore

She says that writing poetry
Is all I ever think about

I told her

“No, sometimes I think about leaving you,
Now which would you rather me do?”

She flipped me off
And stormed out of the room
