How to Save a Life

A beautiful girl who walks the street Am I the only person that believes? A best friend--but she can't see How do i stop her? I can't watch this mistake; Do i have the power to say Every word today, Because it could be the last Before she repeats the past, Like countless others before. I can't lose another friend To the stupid place That makes the young look cool, And the old sick, And the friends displaced... With no hope of a will to live How do I save a life?
