I once remember,
When you were so young,
Like a caterpillar,
Playing in the sun.

So active and small,
You looked like you wanted it all.

And then during a beautiful night,
While everyone’s eyes were fixed upon the moon,
You went missing,
You have hidden yourself in your cocoon.

So quiet and shy,
I asked myself why?

Next thing I knew you came back,
All magnificent and flying so high,
You grew wings!
You became a butterfly.

All that time you kept to yourself,
You wanted no one to give you help.

You wanted everyone to know,
And everyone to see,
That you are beautiful,
Like a Butterfly; as happy as it can be.
