Wouldn't it be cool if God stopped me in instant and extracted my mind from life.
Only to find myself thrown here again thirty years later with my wife.
No memories in check or recollection of time,
Yet soul and body grown-up with this confused mind.
How easy it would be to not handle the journey,
Yet living with out reason to love thee.

If he showed me those thirty years and to my knowledge I discover.
Ahead of learning trying to find a lover without knowing how to love her.
May it be you that I would discover through God's uncharacter,
If I knew I'd rather it not be to know false love before the alter.
Because I'd rather God be God and in time show me His dessert.
I hate it and I cry but I want love that overcame hurt.

I guess that's what trust in God is,
But it might also be what lust in you is.
So I guess I'll risk trust for you're His,
Lust has been paid for along with all of my sins!
