It was as though my world was in a Dream with no road, it felt like I was brought here to do as I was told.

Even my alarm would wake me up in the morning to tell me I had to go, it’s half four in the morning and I'm surrounded by Silence sleeping in the cold.

My mind wants to be warm in my bed and not out here in this snow Cash Machines turn they faces as ******* Bins take they places.

My eyes beg me to sleep as my body becomes weak I'm cleaning this shop with a bucket of water and some bleach.

I've got to Hoover and mop and clean up these ***** spots, the toilet is blocked its stuffed and shouting out loud.

Everything that I touch must be left looking as bright as a star must smell so refreshing attracting nothing but beauty.

Life as a cleaner wish my wages felt bigger, I'm caught in a moment trapped like a hamster there’s no slowing.

I'm cadged like The Dirt that you walk on in the street, there’s no beginning to any good this Life as a Cleaner only gets harder.
