Sleep in Sorrow
I can’t bite this feeling
A feeling like I’m sleeping
Wake up to find I’m dreaming
A dream that wont come true
It seems no one around me
Can see how I am drowning
Suffocated by dark memories
That no one ever knew
And when I am awaken
Those surrounding me are shaken
They only know the “me” whose sleeping
And whose dreams are left askew
