Erase

Been so long No words, no in person. Just memory of what once was. Contemplation turns towards him Don’t want flashbacks Yet he is held in my thoughts People say The past should stay the past Try not to think about the moments But How can I just erase? Erase from mind? Erase from heart? Stuck there, no way of getting him out He doesn’t want to be, I don’t want him to be That’s just how things turned out.

I believe I stil need improvement to be able to cosider myself a writer. Which is why I love hearing the criticism anyone has.
