Fiber

Today

is but a day

that I am looking at like

all the others

but somehow it’s different,

a small fiber of it breathes differently,

it moves in such a way

that lets me know that it is

somehow changed,

altered,

from what all

of the other

days have been.

I am instantly in love

with this change.
