When awareness is total,
you can watch the breath go in and out in its own will.
The whole body becomes light,
as if it isn't even there.
Yet you can feel the gravitational pull.
The breath goes so deep that you almost feel as if you are going through an infinite free-fall.
The mind rushes for an answer that can explain what is happening.
But the free-fall continues.
It does not end.
It is who you are.
You can see that there is no answer.
You laugh that there is no answer.
You understand that you are the answer..
The heart goes beating.
The lungs go breathing.
And you go on watching.
And mind still goes on wondering..
"So there is no death?"
There is only the now.
See it.
Be it.
Don't hold on to anything.
let go of everything.
Watch Life happen right in front of your eyes.
Can you see Life happening in you?
Can you see how beautiful she is?
Watch how she travels with the wind.
Watch how she shines in the stars.
And the mind still can't find an answer..
See the fear turn into love.
See the love and how it overwhelms.
Leaves you speechless without a word..
And it leaves you wanting to spread the word..
