Farewell
Like rivers, it falls
from my cheeks the tears
this farewell, it appalls
I'm perplexed by these fears
And yet, your embrace
it brings comfort and joy
your love I cannot replace
such sweetness shall never cloy
But it is that I will miss
such lovely sways
to my heart, what bliss
but now we must go our separate ways
