Oh, this life of mine
would be a mean and lowly thing
without the love that flows
from your heart
like the sun
that shines and chases away the night
and every evil thing
must find its hiding place
and the world is made anew
into a glorious and mystical land
where love and beauty abounds
as every creature cares
for every other in turn
and the world of lowly and material men
has all melted away
and so dawns the first day
of the golden age of love
and I shall hold you
in my loving arms
for millions of years to come.
